Cancellation Policy
credit card information is required in order to book an appointment. nothing will be charged unless violating the cancellation policy as follows -
you must reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment
day of no shows will be charged 100% of the service they are booked for (this also applies to day of cancellations)
if over 20 minutes late, you will be charged 100% of the services booked for and your appointment will be cancelled
payment accepted is cash, check, or card. card payments will include a 3% processing fee
